Who we are
A Zurich-based association with a public-benefit mission
We were created to build meaningful connections between cultural expression, social participation, and economic empowerment. Cheers & Purpose acts as a mission-led platform that brings together artists, institutions, communities, and partners around shared social goals.
We believe the strongest social impact happens when dignity, participation, and opportunity are considered together, not in isolation.

Our approach
A platform to inspire, connect and empower
Our role is to connect people, ideas, partners, and resources in ways that enable high-impact initiatives. This platform approach gives us flexibility to collaborate across sectors while preserving a clear public-benefit identity.
It also allows partners to engage through sponsorship, co-creation, referrals, volunteering, in-kind support, and program collaboration.
What this means in practice
- Structured, outcome-driven programs: we design workshops, events, and collaborative initiatives with clear goals, defined target groups, and measurable outcomes (including skills development, employability, and wellbeing).
- Cross-sector collaboration: we bring together corporates, NGOs, institutions, and cultural actors to co-create initiatives aligned with shared social impact objectives
- Transparent and flexible engagement: all funding and resources are directed toward mission delivery, while partners can contribute through sponsorship, expertise, networks, or co-creation in ways that match their priorities

Governance and transparency are central to our model. Cheers & Purpose operates under Swiss non-profit principles to ensure that activities, partnerships, and use of funds remain aligned with public benefit and organizational purpose.
