From cultural expression to community wellbeing and opportunity

We design and support focused initiatives that connect art, inclusion, wellbeing, fundraising, and economic empowerment with practical local action.

Our project areas

Three ways we turn purpose into action

Our initiatives are developed around three connected pillars: culture as a bridge, inclusion and wellbeing as a foundation, and skills as a pathway toward greater independence.

I. Art & Culture

Creative projects that make inclusion visible

We use artistic expression, storytelling, exhibitions, design, and cultural exchange to create visibility, connection, and fundraising opportunities.

  • Cultural fundraising products
  • Artist-led collaborations
  • Exhibitions and community showcases
  • Creative partnerships with public-benefit goals
II. People, Inclusion & Wellbeing

Shared experiences that strengthen belonging

We design community initiatives that create welcoming spaces, reduce isolation, and support wellbeing through participation, movement, conversation, and connection.

  • Wellbeing events and gatherings
  • Workshops and guided conversations
  • Employee engagement activities
  • Community moments that invite voluntary giving
III. Skills & Economic Empowerment

Practical pathways toward confidence and opportunity

We support initiatives that help people build confidence, networks, practical skills, and pathways toward greater participation and economic independence.

  • Mentoring and orientation formats
  • Skills and employability workshops
  • Partner-led learning sessions
  • Access to professional networks and opportunities

Initiatives in development and delivery

A flexible project pipeline built with partners and supporters

This section highlights initiatives we are shaping, piloting, or delivering. Each project is connected to one or more pillars and can evolve as partners, funding, permissions, and outcomes are confirmed.

Art & Culture In development

A Bottle to Support Your Community

A cultural fundraising concept that brings together wine, artistic label creation, and community giving to support future Cheers & Purpose programmes.

Core idea: we select the wine, single mothers create the label artistically, and organisations can use a white-label reference to resell bottles for fundraising.

About the initiative

This project transforms a wine bottle into a symbolic fundraising object. The label is created artistically by single mothers, with the aim of giving visibility to their creativity while raising funds for community programmes around us.

How the model works

  • Cheers & Purpose curates the wine concept.
  • The label is created artistically with the involvement of single mothers.
  • Partner organisations can use a white-label reference for their own community or fundraising context.
  • Sales and fundraising proceeds help develop programmes for local communities.

Before public launch

Partner wording, artwork rights, image permissions, label approval, donation mechanics, alcohol-sale requirements, and use-of-funds communication should be confirmed before active promotion.

Recharge, Connect, Give Back

A wellbeing initiative that brings people together through movement, mindfulness, and voluntary giving in support of Cheers & Purpose.

Core idea: community wellness moments can create connection, strengthen belonging, and invite simple acts of generosity.

About the initiative

Recharge, Connect, Give Back is a community wellbeing format designed around accessible outdoor wellness experiences, including guided movement, mindful pauses, and informal connection.

How the model works

  • A partner or community network hosts or promotes the gathering.
  • A wellbeing practitioner or partner contributes the session format.
  • Participation can remain free or low-barrier for attendees.
  • Participants may choose to make a voluntary donation to Cheers & Purpose.
  • Funds help develop community initiatives across culture, inclusion, wellbeing, and opportunity.

Current activation

The format is currently being activated through an August outdoor wellbeing series in Zurich, including sessions at Spielplatz & Liegewiese beim Lindenhof.

Why it matters

This initiative connects wellbeing, employee community, and voluntary giving in a simple format that can be replicated with future partners, teams, and community groups.

Responsible project development

From idea to initiative with clear roles and transparent purpose

We aim to develop projects in a way that is practical, respectful, and credible for communities, partners, funders, and supporters.

Before scaling an initiative, we clarify the intended audience, partner contributions, donation or fundraising mechanics, communication needs, and how the activity connects back to the non-profit mission.

What we clarify before launch

  • Who is involved and what each partner contributes
  • How donations or fundraising proceeds are collected
  • How funds support the non-profit mission
  • What permissions are needed for names, images, artwork, and stories
  • How participants are informed before they take part

For institutions and funders

Our project areas create a clear framework for funding conversations. Support can be directed toward cultural participation, community wellbeing, skills development, or cross-pillar initiatives with public-benefit purpose.

For partners and supporters

Organisations, practitioners, artists, venues, employees, and individual supporters can contribute through funding, in-kind support, participation, expertise, or co-creation.
